It was announced last week that Bruce Jenner’s first official appearance as a woman would be featured in an upcoming issue of Vanity Fair. Earlier this afternoon, the issue’s much anticipated cover—with Caitlyn Jenner front and centre—went viral. Photographed by Vanity Fair veteran Annie Leibovitz, the scaled-back cover features the newest Jenner, Caitlyn that is, in a Marilyn Monroe-esque pose, wearing a body-conscious bustier that beautifully highlights her new body. To mark this major milestone and officiate her debut, Caitlyn Jenner has created a new Twitter account (@Caitlyn_Jenner)—the near-instantaneous following of 229k people quickly continues to grow. The issue will be available on newsstands June 9th.
