Nadège Vanhée-Cybulski took inspiration from the sensuality of clothing and the way it interacts with the body for her Hermès Fall/Winter 2022 collection. Movement and grace were accentuated through sumptuous knitwear and weather-resistant loden that envelopes one’s figure with an effortless embrace. Heightened sensual details include decorative frills that gently caress the body, as well as the familiar sight of a print that has been reinterpreted in a new manner. Harkening back to the French maison’s equestrian roots, the scenography played with shadow and light to imply natural surroundings, with the models appearing as new riders sauntering through an undisclosed environment with grace.
