CHANEL Presents Latest Métiers d’Art Collection at Le19M

CHANEL’s 2021/22 Métiers d’art show took place at le19M, the new multidisciplinary creative hub established by the brand, which was named after the 19th arrondissement of Paris. The space, designed by architect Rudy Ricciotti, is home to the Maison’s artisans including: embroiderers Lesage and Atelier Montex, goldsmith Goossens, milliner Maison Michel, feather worker Lemarié, pleating expert Lognon, and the shoemaker Massaro. Abridging tradition and innovation, le19M served as the perfect venue to showcase the latest Métiers d’art collection. Featuring graffiti-inspired embroidery and more relaxed silhouettes, the outing emphasized a more metropolitan aesthetic. Following the show, guests were able to experience the ateliers first hand in a rarified behind-the-scenes look at how the collection was conceived.
