- 3 Parts Prosecco
- 1 Part Select Aperitivo
- 1 Slash of Soda
Start with an elegant stemmed wine glass. Add ice, Select Aperitivo, Prosecco, and soda. Stir gently and garnish with one green olive.
Top it off with a green olive

- 1 oz fresh blood orange juice
- 0.5 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig, another for garnish
- 1.5 oz Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
- 1 oz Bitter Aperitivo (Campari or Select)
- 1 oz Dillon’s Sweet Vermouth
- 1 egg white (or 1-ounce aquafaba)
- 2 dashes Dillon’s Orange Bitters
Add the blood orange juice, sugar, and rosemary to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until the rosemary starts to break down and become fragrant. Add the gin, aperitivo, sweet vermouth, egg white (or aquafaba), and bitters to your shaker. Dry shake for 15 to 20 seconds. Add ice and wet shake for an additional 20 to 30 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a chilled rocks glass.
Top off with a rosemary sprig.
Christmas Basil Cocktail

- 40 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
- 10 ml Vanilla liqueur
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 90 ml Rooibos tea
- 2 dash Orange bitters
Add all cocktail ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake to chill and strain into a Collins glass.
Top off with lemon twist and shies leaf.
A Holiday Sparkle

- 30 ml Belvedere Vodka
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml orgeat (almond syrup)
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- Top with Moët & Chandon Brut Champagne
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker (except Champagne), add ice and shake for 5-7 seconds. Pour into a flute, top with Moët & Chandon Champagne, and
with a lemon twist.
The Bearface Mule

- 2 oz BEARFACE Whisky
- 5 oz ginger beer
- 1 Cinnamon stick
Pour BEARFACE over chunky rocks, top up with ginger beer and add a cinnamon stick. Serve in a camping mug.

- 25 ml GREY GOOSE L’Orange Vodka
- 25 ml red wine
- 35 ml fresh squeezed pomegranate juice
- 4 Bar Spoons Caster Sugar
- Grapefruit zest
Shake all ingredients except grapefruit zest and strain into a well-chilled glass.
Top off with grapefruit zest.

- 2 oz Dobel Diamante
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz Winter-spiced syrup
- 2 oz Sparkling apple cider
- 2 oz Sparkling wine
- Dash aromatic bitters
- Thyme sprig
Build all ingredients into a wine glass, top with ice, and stir.
Top off with thyme spring

Pour over ice
For a citrus garnish top off with 1 lemon slice. For an herbal garnish top with 1 sprig of mint, basil, or thyme.
