The Met Honours the Legacy of Karl Lagerfeld and His Prolific Work With New Exhibition

Every year The Met Museum’s Costume Institute curates an exhibition kicked off on the first Monday of May during the iconic Met Gala. This year’s fashion exhibition is titled Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty. The exhibition honours legendary designer Karl Lagerfeld and his extensive work with brands like CHANEL, Chloé, Fendi, Balmain, Patou, as well as his successful eponymous brand. Lagerfeld, who sadly passed in 2019, had been designing from the 1950’s.
