Last week in Vancouver, renowned Parisian fashion house Hermès reopened its doors to the beautifully transformed flagship store. The two-level space, designed by French architecture agency RDAI, puts an emphasis on natural materials and draws inspiration from the city. “Nearly 25 years ago, we opened our first store in Vancouver, and now we’re proud to unveil an enhanced retail experience that finds inspiration in the striking landscape, quality of living, and strength of spirit that defines Vancouver,” shares Jennifer Carter, President and CEO of Hermès Canada.
The expanded space allows Hermès to offer a significantly larger collection of women and menswear, jewellery, fragrance, and signature silks. Upstairs on the second level, you can find homeware along with a private fitting salon. To honour the wonderful occasion, Hermès specially developed pieces that are available exclusively for Vancouver only. The products include a landscape-inspired Kelly bags, playful roller skates, and a limited-edition Twilly scarf.
