Today, newly-appointed Creative Director Kim Jones presented his first ready-to-wear collection for Fendi. For the Fall 2021 Collection, Jones went back to basics by honouring the five Fendi sisters’ signature feminine silhouettes. Strong tailoring and rich textures took form in a neutral colour palette of warm caramels, creamy whites, and olive green. “Fun isn’t always just about bright colours,” shares Jones. “It can be about really luxurious self-indulgence, which pleases the person wearing it more than anyone else.” In company with the collection came a wealth of accessories in new shapes and colourways alongside classic bags like the Peekaboo and Sunshine Shopper. Each piece is designed with the women’s working wardrobe in mind, focusing on easy dressing and classic craftsmanship with a whole new perspective.
