In the picturesque surroundings of villa Noailles, Chanel’s Spring-Summer 2024 Ready-to-Wear Collection becomes the focal point, embodying the spirit of freedom and motion. Creative director Virginie Viard drew inspiration from the modern masterpiece, villa Noailles, crafted by architect Robert Mallet-Stevens in 1923. In her own words, the collection is “an ode to liberty and to movement,” and it beautifully channels the essence of the villa’s outdoor spaces—its terraced gardens, sunken flowerbeds, and expansive swimming pool.
The collection embraces freedom with low waists, flat heels, lightweight suits, and an array of sensuous pieces like organza dresses and bra tops.
Marie-Laure de Noailles and Gabrielle Chanel, known for their strong character and connections with the artistic avant-garde, find a tribute in the collection through black sunglasses adorned with gold chains.
Amid an ambiance of joy, sport, and celebration, Chanel’s Spring-Summer 2024 Ready-to-Wear Collection invites us to savor life in the open air. It’s a masterful blend of freedom and elegance, capturing the essence of the villa Noailles and the spirit of Chanel itself.
