Angèle is the New Face of CHANEL’s COCO BEACH Collection

CHANEL has tapped Belgian chanteuse Angèle to be the face of its forthcoming COCO BEACH 2021 collection, which revels in youthful joie-de-vivre perfect for a summer rendezvous. The offering features a selection of garments and accessories that place a precedence on ease of movement so dear to founder Gabrielle Chanel’s heart, including Bermuda shorts, bucket hats, cycling shorts, and even a wake surf board rendered in a vibrant floral motif. “Comfort has always been important to me because I’m very active,” admits Angèle. Recognizing the label’s legacy of fusing elevated aesthetics with functionality, the singer-songwriter reveals, “that’s what really attracts me to this House and to the history of Gabrielle Chanel, what she wanted to bring to women, this liberation.

 The COCO BEACH 2021 collection will be launching across select CHANEL boutiques mid-June 2021.
