5 Bachelorette Destination Trips to Book Before the Big Day

A bachelorette is the perfect opportunity to kick back, relax and have some fun with friends before tying the knot. So, naturally, you’ll want something for everyone. A bachelorette getaway should be the right mix of lounge time, world-class food and maybe a night out (or two). And since nothing brings friends together quite like a trip, we’ve rounded up five of this year’s trendiest destinations. Keep reading to source all the inspo for your bachelorette itinerary and get ready to pack up and head out. Most importantly, have fun!

PEI

Canadian author, Carley Fortune’s latest release, This Summer will be Different, puts the spotlight on PEI, which has loads of her readers booking tickets. If you haven’t read the book yet, we’ll catch you up to speed on why it’s so appealing. Home to Anne of Green Gables, the island is beloved for its Instagram-worthy views, outdoor activities and all the best seafood. Stick close to home and take your girls on a truly Canadian trip for all the oysters and lobster rolls at Malpeque Oyster Barn and beach time they could want. You can hike and picnic in PEI National Park and explore Point Prim Lighthouse. Oh, and don’t forget the COW’s ice cream while you’re there

Palm Springs

Palm Springs is an ideal bachelorette destination. It’s low-key during the week and turns into more of a party vibe on the weekend so that you can do either—or both. Check into one of the city’s hotels like The Parker or Life House, and lounge poolside with your friends. The best restos book up quickly too, so reserve your spot at Mr. Lyons for dinner and Cheeky’s for brunch. Hike by day close by in Indian Canyon, and stroll all the design shops before popping in for a spa treatment at one of the hotels. No doubt, it’s better in the desert.

Cambridge, ON

It’s worth the trip to Cambridge just to check into Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa. Where to begin? Well for starters, you’ll recognize the iconic residence from Drake’s Views album cover. But the real magic happens when you walk through the doors. Cue instant rest and relaxation as you and your BFFs wander the immaculate grounds and right over to the pool for cocktails. Throughout the afternoon you can bike around the property, book a horseback ride and take turns going for epic massages and facials by Valmont. Dinner and breakfast will be at the main dining room, ranked 5th in all of Canada. Trust us, it’s an experience none will soon forget.

Nashville, TN

One of the top five bachelorette destinations in the US, Nashville has become popular for a good reason. You get a bit of Southern charm, a lot of live music and some next-level cuisine to go with it. Grab an Airbnb or take some rooms at one of the iconic hotels. Then, make sure to reserve a pedal pub (a 15-person BYOB bicycle) so you can tour the city over drinks. Your friends will have fun dancing to country music at Honky Tonk and hot spots like Saint Anejo for margaritas and guac for dinner. Plus. Everyone can work through their late night at Biscuit Love the next morning.

New York, NY

For the girls that love a good shopping trip, there’s only one New York City. From Soho to Upper West Side and Fifth, there’s every designer store you could want, and plenty you didn’t even know you wanted just yet. After scoring some hard-to-find pieces (the studded Khaite belt or Alaia ballet slippers, anyone?), the group can stop for Magnolia Bakery’s bread pudding and a walk-through of Central Park. Book at tea at The Plaza, a Broadway production, then add in some quickies at Face Gym. Grab dinner at local hot spots like Bar PittiBad Roman or Penny to complete the trip in style.
