The new year is here and its trial period (aka the month of January) is coming to an end. How’s it going so far? If you’re anything like me, maybe you’re a little stressed out from the influx of drama and chaos that we’ve already experienced. And maybe you’re also a little nervous for everything that is still to come.
Whatever the future holds for us this year, I’m committed to my resolution of prioritizing my health and wellness, holistically. For me, that involves things like mental and emotional check-ins and writing in my journal as much as it means working out and eating well. And when I have a little bit of extra time and/or money, I’ll try my best not to spend it on things, but rather on time or experiences that help me to feel well.
Here are five beauty and wellness-specific treatments on my “to-try” list that might be worth putting on yours, too.
Hot and Cold Hydrotherapy

Luxurious Facial
Facials are a staple in many wellness routines. Not only are they relaxing, they often give your skin the extra attention it needs to flourish and your body some phone-free time to simply relax. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, hydration, or something a little more medical—a good facial helps you achieve those glowing, healthy results you can’t quite get at home.

IV Therapy
You may have seen IV Therapy on your favourite reality TV show, like ‘The Kardashians’, ‘Vanderpump Rules’, and various ‘Real Housewives’ franchises (Countess LuAnn de Lesseps even has her own formula). IV Drips can offer the body much-needed micronutrients and vitamins which can enhance mood and mental clarity, support digestion and even help with immunity function.
