Grace Farms: Where Nature Meets the Arts

In an effort to foster community among the residents and visitors of New Canaan, Connecticut, the Grace Farms Foundation will open a 80-acre environment in order to host events like screenings and symposiums. The long glass building, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning firm SANAA, flows like a stream throughout the meadows and woodlands of the Grace Farms acreage, which is likely how it earned its name: The River. Installations from contemporary artists Olafur Eliasson and Susan Philipsz highlight the surrounding landscape. Grace Farms opens today, October 9, 2015 in New Canaan, Connecticut.
