Cinnamon Cloud Latte

A warm blend of Festive Collection Cinnamon & Tamarind coffee, date syrup, and steamed milk, crowned with whipped cream, cinnamon, and a hint of chai. A cozy, spiced treat for festive moments.

Ingredients and Quantity
  • Festive Collection Cinnamon & Tamarind Capsule – 1
  • Date Syrup – 10ml
  • Milk 1.5% – 120ml
  • Whipped Cream – 60g
  • Cinnamon Powder & Cinnamon stick – 1
  • Chai Tea Bag – 1
Materials
  • Milk Frother
  • Large Glass
  • Nespresso Vertuo Machine
Preperation
  • Heat up 120ml of 1.5% milk with the frother in hot milk mode.
  • Into a mug, put 10ml of date syrup and extract a Festive Collection Cinnamon & Candied Tamarind Capsule.
  • Pour the hot milk into the mug and add 60g of whipped cream on top.
  • Add a cinnamon stick and sprinkle some cinnamon powder.
  • Optional: Infuse a bag of chai tea in 70 ml of hot water, cool it down, and add it to the whipped cream.

Golden Hibiscus Latte

A smooth blend of Festive Collection Sweet Almond & Hibiscus coffee, honey, and steamed milk, finished with edible rose petals and Amarena cherries. A floral, elegant twist on a festive latte.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Festive Collection Sweet Almond & Hibiscus Capsule – 1
  • Honey – 10ml
  • Milk 1.5% – 120ml
  • Amarena Cherries (Syrup) – 2
  • Edible Rose Dried Flowers – 1g
Materials
  • Milk Frother
  • Large Glass
  • Nespresso Vertuo Machine
Preparation
  • Heat up 120ml of milk 1.5% with a milk frother in hot milk mode.
  • Into a mug, put 10ml of honey and extract a Festive Collection Sweet Almond & Hibiscus capsule.
  • Pour the hot milk into the mug.
  • Sprinkle some dried edible rose flowers or similar aromatic edible flowers.
  • Optional: Add 2 dark Amarena cherries on top.

Minted Coffee Mule

A bold mix of Festive Collection Double Espresso, ginger beer, lime, and honey over ice, crowned with fresh mint. A refreshing twist that blends rich coffee with zesty mule-inspired notes.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Festive Collection Double Espresso Capsule – 1
  • Fresh non treated lime – 1
  • Honey – 20ml
  • Ice Cubes – 8
  • Ginger Beer – 100ml
  • Mint Sprig – 1
Materials
  • Shaker
  • Mixology Glass
  • Nespresso Vertuo Machine
Preparation
  • In a glass, put a fresh lime and add 20ml of honey.
  • Muddle everything and add six ice cubes.
  • Pour 100 ml of ginger beer and stir gently while lifting the lime pieces to mix them in.
  • In a shaker, extract a Festive Collection Double Espresso capsule, add four ice cubes, and shake vigorously.
  • Pour the iced coffee gently into the glass over the mixture and add a nice sprig of mint leaves on top.
  • Optional: Add 40ml of vodka when adding the ginger beer.
