Florentine Kitchen Knives‘ contemporary creations can be found in the kitchens of home cooks and Michelin-starred chefs alike. Named after the Florentin quarter of Tel Aviv where the brand was born, the brand has become known for its signature stacked handles and custom handcrafted designs. Industrial designer turned knifemaker Tomer Botner and his wife and business partner, Noam Blumenthal, draw inspiration from both Israel and Barcelona’s colourful Raval neighbourhood, where their workshop and store space is located.
