KNOTHOUSE is a Copenhagen-based design studio transforming the centuries-old decorative art of rugmaking. Gleaning inspiration from architecture and other aesthetic disciplines, KNOTHOUSE’s creations are instantly recognizable thanks to the prevalence of geometric patterns and vivid colour palettes. Entirely handcrafted in the Kathmandu valley of Nepal, the rugs utilize only the finest Tibetan wool and Chinese silk, woven with a minimum of 100 knots per square inch.
