Iced Ube Lavender Vanilla Coconut Latte

A drink that’s as striking visually as it is in flavour, this latte is perfect for spring. Brewed with a Nespresso French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato capsule and finished with coconut and lavender garnishes, it’s a lightly sweet, aromatic treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Nespresso Vertuo capsule: French Lavender Vanilla Decaffeinato
  • 1 tbsp ube powder
  • 20 ml hot water
  • 170 ml milk
  • 15 ml coconut or vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Edible lavender buds (for garnish)
  • Coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ube powder with hot water until smooth, then combine with about 70 ml of cold milk.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice and add the coconut or vanilla syrup.
  3. Pour the ube-milk mixture over the ice.
  4. Brew the Lavender Vanilla capsule directly into the glass.
  5. Add the remaining milk, lightly frothed if desired.
  6. Garnish with lavender buds and coconut flakes before serving.

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cortado

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cortado

Enriched by the deep sweetness of brown sugar and a gentle cinnamon spice, this cortado balances bold espresso with just enough warm milk. Using a Nespresso Vivida B12 capsule, part of Nespresso’s functional Coffee+ line enriched with vitamin B, it delivers a compact, comforting coffee with a smooth, velvety finish amplified by a classic cereal note and honeyed sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 Nespresso Vertuo capsule: Vivida B12
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew a short espresso using the Vivida B12 Vertuo capsule.
  2. Warm the milk and lightly froth it until smooth with only a thin layer of foam.
  3. Stir the brown sugar and ground cinnamon into the espresso until dissolved.
  4. Pour the warm milk over the espresso in roughly equal proportion to create the balanced cortado style.
  5. Finish with a small pinch of cinnamon.

Honey Oat Café au Lait

Creamy oat milk and mellow espresso melt into a rounded flavour, enhanced by the natural sweetness of honey. Made with an intense yet balanced Nespresso Double Espresso Chiaro capsule, it’s a cozy, lightly spiced drink that feels both simple and sophisticated.

Ingredients

  • 1 Nespresso Vertuo capsule: Double Espresso Chiaro
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 1-2 tsp honey (to taste)
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Small pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Brew the Double Espresso Chiaro capsule in a mug.
  2. Warm the oat milk and gently froth it until silky.
  3. Stir the honey into the freshly brewed espresso until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the warm oat milk into the coffee, creating a smooth café au lait.
  5. If desired, finish with a light pinch of cinnamon and/or a tiny sprinkle of sea salt to enhance the sweetness.
