The CHANEL boutique inside Holt Renfrew at Yorkdale Shopping Centre has officially reopened to the public, debuting a stunning revamped interior. The pieces are showcased amongst the two floors and 988 square metres, making the space the largest CHANEL boutique in Canada. Complete with ready-to-wear on the upper floor, the CHANEL Cruise 2025/26 collection is currently in store, and an array of bags, footwear, accessories, and sunglasses throughout, with an impressive selection of watches, fine jewellery, and high jewellery on the main floor.

There are three entrances to the boutique, two accessible from inside Holt Renfrew, and one featuring a double-height façade that opens directly into the main salon, where guests can then ascend the grand staircase to the upper level. The store re-design was created by long-time CHANEL collaborator Peter Marino, who brought together the codes of the House, incorporating signature black and white tones with gold accents throughout to evoke a Parisian townhouse feel. This ambiance feels luxurious yet inviting for shoppers to browse, try on, and buy.

The upper level showcases the ready-to-wear collection with a private VIP salon and three adjoining private fitting rooms. The ground level focuses on accessories, including the CHANEL 25 and small leather goods. For the first time in Toronto, the boutique also features High Jewellery, debuting with the CHANEL Haute Joaillerie Sport collection. There is stunning art to be found throughout, like the two Goossens gilded bronze and rock crystal chandeliers, and a specially made portrait of Gabrielle Chanel by artist Gregor Hildebrandt, made from over 1,000 custom cassette tape cases. Another exciting feature, and a first for Canada, is “CHANEL & Moi” where clients can bring their pieces for repair or alteration to ensure each CHANEL piece is revived or preserved.

The boutique itself stands as a true reflection of CHANEL’s dedication to craftsmanship, creativity, and timeless elegance. Every element has been meticulously considered, blending the House’s heritage with contemporary sophistication through Peter Marino’s visionary design. The immersive journey takes you through CHANEL’s rich history to modern innovation, offering guests an elevated and intimate shopping experience.
