On Thursday, November 17th, Hermès hosted a gathering for the unveiling of the Fall/Winter 2022 windows. Hermès worked with Canadian artist Jannick Deslauriers for the season’s display, titled “Light as a Dream,” interpreted by Hermès’ 2022 theme, Lighthearted. The works span three windows and showcase a fabric hot-air balloon, lights, and iconic Hermès motifs such as silks, leathers, and accessories from the Fall/Winter 2022 collections weaved throughout. The elements appear airy from the soft materials sculpting a three-dimensional shape in light tones and additional sheer fabrics layered to create a wintery landscape behind the objects. The windows are on display now for passersby and shoppers to enjoy.
