Forever and Always: Tiffany & Co. Celebrates Cherished Moments With Icons

From milestone celebrations to enduring romances and family histories, Tiffany & Co. has long played a part in the way we make memories. The jewellery brand—which marks its 188th year in 2025—understands that accessories are emblematic of both our personal style and so much more. They can remind us of people we love, moments we’ve shared, and promises to keep those sentiments alive. Each piece is carefully crafted with this marriage between design, craftsmanship, and personal experience in mind. That’s why their jewellery lives on and remains a perennial favourite, even as trends and tastes change.

The mainstays of their selection include the Tiffany Icons, six collections with links to New York City and aesthetics that still resonate today. In the current cultural conversation, an icon can be many things—an undeniable talent, a record breaker, or someone who simply meets the moment with a timely quip. But in the case of jewellery, the Tiffany Icons are beloved items that nod to the brand’s heritage and creative ethos. They include details such as the lock, the knot, and silhouettes including the inimitable Bone Cuff by Elsa Peretti. Each of these brand staples has been thoughtfully made so that no matter when they debuted, they continue to appear both modern and timeless.

Take HardWear, for example, the line that began with a chain bracelet first sold in 1962. Inspired by the streets of Manhattan, it’s designed around bold, industrial-inspired links (which are finished by hand). Like the city and New Yorkers themselves, the line is multi-faceted, both strong and elegant. This duality means the pieces could just as easily be worn with your everyday uniform, as they could with a statement-making ensemble.

Another chapter in the Tiffany & Co. story revolves around their T by Tiffany offerings. The instantly recognizable “T” initial first appeared on a bracelet in 1975. Nearly 50 years later, that signature monogram inspired a full-fledged collection. Combining sharp angles and diamond details, today’s iterations of the bangle can be worn alone or layered for maximum impact.

While they continue to honour their past, the jeweller is also taking a striking step forward this winter season. They’re unveiling their newly renovated store at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, a light-filled space that’s intended to play up all of the sparkle inside. The upgrade comes just in time to provide holiday shoppers with a luxurious stop amid their many seasonal retail experiences.
