FENDI Welcomes Kim Jones As Artistic Director Of Women’s Collections

Roman fashion house announced early this morning that fashion designer Kim Jones would replace the late Karl Lagerfeld as Artistic Director of women’s collections at FENDI.

Alongside his role as creative director at Dior Homme, the British designer will oversee women’s ready-to-wear, haute couture, and fur collections. Silvia Venturini Fendi is thrilled to welcome Jones to the FENDI family and looks forward to taking the “FENDI universe to the next level with him.”

“I would like to profoundly thank Monsieur Arnault, Pietro Beccari, Serge Brunschwig and Silvia Venturini Fendi for this incredible opportunity. Working across two such prestigious houses is a true honour as a designer and to be able to join the house of FENDI as well as continuing my work at Dior Men’s is a huge privilege.”  shares Jones.

Jones will make his first debut at Milan fashion week for FENDI’s Fall/Winter 2021-22 ready-to-wear collection in February.
