With the launch of its Superocean Heritage ‘57 Pastel Paradise Capsule Collection, Breitling provides a playful timepiece that matches the sense of wonder associated with summertime. The return of the 1950s diving style is distinguished by its effortless use of colour, proportion, and substance, creating a retro-futuristic aesthetic that complements a feeling of excitement for sunshine and warm weather. Breitling CEO Georges Kern reveals that “this modern-retro tribute to the original SuperOcean is an exciting addition to the Breitling family of ladies’ watches. Of course, it’ll look great at work, but its fun-in-the-sun vibe might make you want to spend a weekend at the beach”. The collection features a soft, summery colour palette, including white, aquamarine, mint green, iced latte, and rainbow tangerine, with tone-on-tone dials, bezels, and interchangeable straps. The watch is also water-resistant up to one hundred meters, perfect for those impromptu summer dives. With the launch of this Superocean Heritage ’57 Pastel Paradise Capsule Collection, Breitling announced a partnership with DREST, an interactive game that puts players into the role of being a fashion stylist, shopping styles from retailers, including Breitling, for clients. In addition to being featured in the game, Breitling is hosting a DREST Mood Board Challenge on June 28 that will run for 72 hours in order to celebrate the collection.
