The 7th annual Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards took place virtually for the first time on May 19th with an event hosted by actress Amanda Brugel. After having to postpone the last year’s ceremony, CAFA embraced the virtual presentation and honoured top-tier Canadian talent. Although a different approach than usual, the fashion and art communities unified to celebrate various categories of design, including chanteuse Charlotte Cardin presenting the Accessory Designer of the Year award to Mejuri and Greta Constantine receiving the prestigious Womenswear Designer of the Year trophy.
