Toronto-based recording artist Talvi Faustmann is releasing her anticipated debut solo album Queen Millennia in early 2021. Bridging trip-hop stylings with buoyant pop, this ’90s-inflected body of work covers a spectrum of emotional subject matter, including heartbreak, anguish, and identity. The first single from the project, “Victim Mentality”, produced by Sam Willows, is available to stream and download now, with Faustmann’s keen conceptual eye informing all visual media created for this album and its promotional rollout.
