2025 was a significant year for designers’ debuts across the fashion industry (with some arriving with more excitement and buzz than others). As major fashion houses appointed new Creative and Artistic Directors, the industry embraced a new chapter that revitalized what’s to come. Looking for a holiday break activity? The @agotoronto recently opened a special exhibition to mark the 25th year of its Photography Department. It features 94 works, thoughtfully selected by a range of leading voices in Toronto’s photography community. Led by AGO Curator of Photography @hackettse and titled ‘Collective Visions: Celebrating 25 Years of Photography’, it features works spanning from the 1840s to the present day and highlights artists from both Toronto and around the world.
