1. Rumours of a Burberry-Coach merge are swirling around the internet.

“Coach is considering merging with Burberry, according to a report on financial blog Betaville today.

Coach has been working with financial advisers at Evercore for several weeks on a possible deal, the website said, citing two people familiar with the situation it didn’t name.”

2. Cult favourite BECCA Cosmetics has been acquired by Estée Lauder.

“Lauder has been working very hard to become relevant with the younger beauty customer by joining up with the likes of Kendall Jenner and this latest deal brings them even further into the Gen Z territory. The deal is guessed to be valued at roughly $200 million according to Business of Fashion.”

3. Carven has parted ways with both artistic directors after only four seasons.

“Fashion’s revolving door continues to spin furiously, with Carven’s duo the latest to depart after a brief tenure.

Alexis Martial and Adrien Caillaudaud, named artistic directors for Carven’s women’s collections in March 2015, are departing ‘by mutual agreement,’ the house confirmed in a brief statement.”

4. Prince Albert of Monaco bought his mother’s childhood home in Philadelphia.

Prince Albert II of Monaco has confirmed to People Magazine that he has purchased his mother, Princess Grace’s childhood home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, saying, ‘It feels good.'”

5. Eric Trump got trolled hard at a North Carolina rally by two Latina sisters.

“Annie took a white shirt and a black Sharpie and wrote the words “Latina contra Trump,” which in English translates to “Latina against Trump,” and wore it to the event. Luckily, it appears no one from the Trump campaign understood what her shirt said, since contra is a Spanish phrase. After Eric Trump gave a speech, the sisters were even able to take a picture with him and his wife, Lara.”
