1. The iconic Gene Wilder has passed away at the age of 83.

“Gene Wilder, the frizzy-haired actor who brought his deft comedic touch to such unforgettable roles as the neurotic accountant in “The Producers” and the mad scientist of “Young Frankenstein,” has died.”

2. Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner are separating following another sexting scandal.

“Weiner resigned from Congress in 2011 after publishing an explicit photo of himself that was meant as a direct message, on his Twitter profile. In 2013, he became involved in yet another sexting scandal while he was running for mayor of New York City.

At the time, Abedin stood by him and pledged to work on their marriage together. ”

3. Anthony Vaccarello will not be showing his eponymous label at Paris Fashion Week.

“Anthony Vaccarello, the brand, is taking a break. The designer announced on Tuesday morning that he has put his sexy womenswear line on hold to focus on his creative director role at Saint Laurent. His namesake label, which launched in 2008, has no plans to show during Paris Fashion Week.”

4. Sephora is putting the spotlight on The Sephora Collection with the launch of a new Instagram account.

“Sephora is the latest beauty brand to branch out on Instagram, launching a spinoff account for The Sephora Collection, a line of cosmetics.

The Sephora Collection account, quietly launched last month, has 9,000 followers, a drop in the bucket compared to Sephora’s 8.5 million followers. Now, Sephora is kicking off a sweepstakes that encourages followers to mention a friend in the comment section on daily posts for the chance to win featured items.”

5. This interactive installation is bound to be the most photographed spot at Burning Man.

“A converted Boeing 747 has landed at Burning Man — the temporary metropolis erected annually in Nevada’s black rock desert. An extensive program of large-scale, experiential art installations sited across the vast landscape are planned around the festival’s 2016 theme ‘Da Vinci’s workshop’.”
